Are you looking to start or grow your career in IT infrastructure? We are seeking a motivated Data Center Cabling Technician to join our team in Dublin. If you have basic wiring experience—whether from previous jobs, education, or personal projects—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Fix and change components in servers and networking equipment in a modern data center environment.
• Work with a team to ensure all cabling is tidy, secure, and meets quality standards.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining cabling systems.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical tasks.
• Some experience in an IT Hardware type role, IT Hardware repair or IT Hardware hobby. If you know how you take apart a computer, and tell us what all the components do. That will work.
• Excellent attitude, want to learn, ambitious.
• Ideally some familiarity with network cables, fiber optics, or server hardware.
