Job summary

BT Group in Dublin is seeking a dynamic Business Procurement Manager for Data Solutions to lead networking product spend and supplier governance. You will drive category strategies, manage high-value sourcing programs and collaborate with Sales, Risk, Legal and Finance across a global organisation.

You will influence major suppliers and support ESG goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and end-to-end value delivery for BT and its customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a procurement function with sourcing from requirements to supplier selection.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate proposals and negotiate.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute category strategies for networking products and services.
• Run sourcing initiatives including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management for Data Solutions vendors.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Sales, Risk, Legal and Finance to understand needs and deliver value.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements to stay innovative and compliant.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, global procurement standards, and external regulations.
• Champion sustainability and diversity in the supply base.
• Support risk assessments and supplier incident planning from a procurement perspective.
