BT Group is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to join our Data Solutions procurement team, covering networking products and services. This high-impact role involves driving category strategies, vendor negotiations, and contract management for a multi-hundred-million annual spend.

You will collaborate with Sales, Risk, Legal and Finance to deliver value. We offer a comprehensive package including a bonus, generous annual leave, hybrid work, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Procurement experience with end-to-end sourcing and contract management.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• IT or networking procurement experience is desirable.
• Understanding networking technologies and market dynamics.
• Experience in global matrixed environments and supplier governance.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS, CISSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute category strategies for networking products and services, aligned with business goals and risk management priorities.
• Run sourcing initiatives including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management for Data Solutions vendors and requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Sales, Risk, Legal, and Finance to understand needs and deliver value.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company keeps up with innovation and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, global procurement standards, and external regulations.
• Champion sustainability and diversity in the supply base, aligning with ESG goals.
