Cpl Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Data Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on GDPR compliance, information governance and data risk management across the organisation.

Working with internal stakeholders, you will provide practical guidance on data protection, support compliance initiatives, and help develop a strong data governance framework. Hybrid working in Dublin, 35 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data protection/privacy or information governance.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and constructive challenge on projects and new initiatives to manage data risks and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a delegate for the Data Protection Officer (DPO) when required.
• Advise on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Support data incident and breach management activities.
• Manage data subject rights requests.
• Support file management and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update the Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Manage the Data Protection mailbox and respond to day-to-day queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of data protection policies and procedures.
