Vhi Group Services DAC is seeking a Senior Data Protection Analyst to join the Data Protection team on a permanent, full-time hybrid basis in Abbey Street, Dublin 1. You will ensure GDPR compliance, provide expert privacy guidance, and support strategic initiatives across systems and processes in the healthcare sector.

The role reports to the Data Protection Manager and requires deep knowledge of data protection laws, with responsibilities spanning DPIAs, risk management, vendor reviews, and

Formación

• Bachelor degree in law or data protection related field.
• Qualified lawyer advantageous but not essential.
• 3 years experience in a similar data protection role, preferably in health insurance.
• CIPP/E qualification; CIPM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Independently advise and liaise with stakeholders on data protection needs.
• Conduct DP Assessments for new systems and processes with mitigating actions.
• Independently triage new assessments by business criticality and risk.
• Collaborate with business areas on complex projects (AI, etc.).
• Provide training and support to team members; report on assessments.
• Ensure assessments are managed within SLAs and update processes as needed.
• Review vendor data protection requirements and contract clauses.
