Job summary

Musgrave Group is seeking an experienced IT Integration Delivery Lead to expand and optimise our enterprise integrations across the Musgrave landscape, enabling secure, scalable data and system interoperability. This pivotal role drives ERP modernisation, data integration, and API-led connectivity across the business.

This role can be based in Cork or Dublin, with a Work Smart hybrid model supporting collaboration and focused work.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of how AI technology impacts data integration domain.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to present technical ideas to business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Musgrave integrations; gather requirements, create specs, build, test, and rollout solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements and SLAs.
• Manage offshore teams for A2A, B2B, and streaming integrations using reusable messaging and API-led approaches.
• Support major transformation initiatives from an integration perspective.
• Provide QA for all integration deliverables (documentation, build and test artefacts).
• Contribute to vendor selection, solution evaluation, and technical assurance.
• Continuously learn emerging integration technologies and best practices.
• Provide support, mentoring and guidance to project teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions and achieve consensus.
• Continuously improve IT processes for greater scalability.

The IT Integration Delivery Lead is responsible for expanding and optimising our integrations to enable secure, scalable, and reliable data and system interoperability across Musgraves enterprise application landscape. The role ensures integration solutions align with corporate technology strategy and business priorities, to support our key business processes and supply chain. The Integration Delivery Lead plays a critical part in enabling digital transformation, ERP modernisation, data integration, and API-led connectivity. The Integration Delivery Lead collaborates closely with Data, Security, Delivery Teams, and third-party partners to deliver integration solutions which are robust, reusable, optimized, secure, and future-proof, leading exciting projects across the business.

What you'll be doing

Enterprise Integration Architecture

• lead all aspects related to the design and development of Musgrave integrations - gather and document business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, build, test and rollout business solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements and SLAs
• Manage offshore teams in building A2A, B2B and streaming integrations using a combination of reusable messaging and API led approaches, as well as point to point solutions where appropriate
• Support major transformation initiatives from an integration perspective
• Provide quality assurance for all integration deliverables (documentation, build and test artefacts)
• Contribute to vendor selection, solution evaluation, and technical assurance
• Continuous learning and research of emerging integration technologies and best practices
• Provide support, mentoring and guidance to project teams
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to develop solutions and achieve consensus
• Continuously improve IT processes, optimizing development and test practices, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

Development of IT & Transformation Capability

• Provide governance, promote integration standards, patterns, and lessons learned across IT teams
• Contribute to architecture forums, design reviews, and technical communities
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

What we're looking for

Essential qualificatoons&skills 3rd level qualification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability and willingness to tackle complex problems Understanding of how AI technology impacts data integration domain Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Ability to operate independently, self-managing your own workload to deliver on multiple tasks and goals.

Functional Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years leading integration implementations to include hands on experience in development, testing, administration and specification-writing
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns
• Experience with Microsoft Azure integration technologies, enterprise messaging and broker technologies such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP platforms
