Job summary

Grant Thornton International Ltd is seeking a Data Protection Senior Consultant in Dublin to lead client engagements on GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations. You will support organizations in achieving compliance and respond to regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in data protection assessments. The role includes delivering compliance assessments, drafting policies, and engaging with clients across various sectors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GDPR/DPA compliance experience gained in consulting, in-house DPO office, regulator, or law firm.
• Familiarity with EU regulations like ePrivacy, NIS2, DORA.
• One privacy certification, e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, or CDPSE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GDPR and Data Protection Act compliance assessments.
• Lead client engagements covering GDPR, DPC compliance.
• Draft and review privacy notices and data processing agreements.

Experience with privacy technology platforms

Excellent written communication

Education
