Job summary

Engage People Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a Data Governance Manager to bring order to our data and keep it that way. You will define and evolve governance frameworks, ensure data quality, security, and usability for the business.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Store Ops, and IT to embed governance into daily workflows, and drive adoption of best practices while aligning with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Governance Manager (or similar) in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship.
• Hands-on experience with data governance/catalog tools and solid SQL skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication - you can explain data stuff to non-data people without losing them.
• Big plus: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/SCM) and FMCG/retail environments.
