Autodesk Ireland is seeking a Data Evangelist & Communications Specialist to promote data literacy and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will craft clear narratives, newsletters, blogs and learning content, leveraging AI tools to scale enablement, while ensuring trusted data and business context underpin analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related field; 3+ years in a communications/enablement/analytics role.
• Strong understanding of analytics concepts, data culture and data adoption challenges in large organizations.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance communications, learning or analytics content; curiosity to experiment with new capabilities.
• Understanding of AI-assisted analytics and guiding users to frame questions and interpret outputs.
• Appreciation for trusted data, business context and human judgement in AI-enabled analytics.
• Interest in structuring knowledge for AI consumption and business context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives.
• Comfort presenting data/storytelling using PowerPoint to Power BI; SQL and Snowflake familiarity are a plus.
• Experience producing high-quality internal communications, newsletters, videos, or knowledge sharing content.
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and ability to build trust with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SharePoint, Canva, Qualtrics, Confluence, Slack, MS Teams and Zoom; Docebo is a plus.

• Evangelize data and analytics across the enterprise; promote best practices, assets and KPIs.
• Develop clear communications strategy that explains analytics concepts to business audiences.
• Create and curate content: newsletters, blogs, internal updates and learning materials; scale with AI.
• Lead enablement initiatives: events, learning paths and community forums.
• Use AI tools to enhance content creation, ensuring quality and tailored messaging.
• Enable AI-assisted analytics by guiding stakeholders on asking questions and interpreting results.
• Create context for AI reasoning with business definitions and analytical guidance.
• Engage stakeholders across analytics, data and business leaders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support learning and onboarding with documentation and training resources.
• Measure impact by defining KPIs and tracking engagement.
