Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Centre Technical Supervisor for the Dublin Campus.

This hands-on role will manage the on-site team responsible for all technical operations, maintenance, repairs, break fixes, projects, processes, escalations, training, and compliance across the campus. The supervisor will report to the Technical Manager and collaborate with all site disciplines to drive operational excellence, safety, and adherence to CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams in data centre or similar critical environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for large-scale infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical data centre infrastructure.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and process documentation.
• Experience with incident escalation and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical operations and ensure high standards across the Dublin Campus.
• Mentor technicians and ensure knowledge sharing and best practice.
• Develop, implement and review procedures, SOPs, MOPs, and safety policies.
• Own RCA process and deliver final reports to CBRE leadership and client.
• Coordinate with CBRE and client teams to plan technical projects and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and 24/7 operation requirements.
