Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Assembly Operative for its Repair Service within a leading data centre environment. The role focuses on preparing, handling, assembling, replacing, and moving hardware components and equipment used in repair and maintenance activities in a structured, safety-driven setting.

Responsibilities include tracking components, following approved procedures, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with colleagues and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Basic English and ability to follow detailed procedures.

• Basic computer skills including web browsers, email, chat.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hardware components, spare parts, and equipment for repair activities.
• Identify, scan, label, track, and update the status of components and equipment in systems.
• Carry out component assembly or replacement following procedures and work instructions.
• Support repair workflows involving servers, storage, network, power, and cooling hardware.
• Perform visual inspections and basic procedural checks.
• Maintain accurate operational records in tracking tools and client systems.
