Job summary

Fohntech Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for a Datacentre project in Belgium. The role is based on-site in Belgium, with rotation plans available.

You will lead mechanical systems, oversee safety, QA, scheduling, and cost control, manage subcontractors, track progress, and report weekly. Requires 5+ years with a recognised mechanical contractor in process mechanical / pipework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with a recognised Mechanical contractor in process mechanical / pipework.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Management of the Mechanical Systems under your control.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the project manager and the Safety Advisor.
• Management of Site QA in conjunction with QA Manager including set up, management and close out of file.
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project manager, consulting Engineer and Client requirements.
• Management of all costs associated with your package including subcontractors, material deliveries, plant and equipment, variations, valuations.
