Job summary

Fohntech Group is seeking a Production Control Lead for a Datacentre project based in Belgium. You will support the Senior Project Manager to ensure delivery safely, on time, and within budget, with emphasis on production control aligning schedules, resources, and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in project coordination or production control within construction or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of scheduling collaborative planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Visilean) and reporting techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical systems used in data centres or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports tracking % completion, schedule performance, and cost variances.
• Ensure health and safety standards and permitting requirements are met.
• Lead DABs and collaborative planning meetings with peers and subcontractors.
• Assist in managing project budgets and validating subcontractor invoicing against progress.
• Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and propose corrective actions.
• Assist with weekly and monthly progress reporting on project status and variances.
• Ensure all work aligns with client health and safety requirements and safety rules.
• Monitor subcontractors' resource availability to maintain the delivery schedule.
