Job summary

Fohntech Group is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects across pharma, data centre and power sectors. The role involves coordinating teams, resources and schedules, with a rotation-based arrangement in Belgium.

Your track record should include 5+ years in construction management for electrical projects, strong safety and QA practices, and confident client engagement to drive project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience on large electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of QA, safety, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documentation and assess opportunities for value engineering.
• Manage project schedules, labour allocation, and weekly progress reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure efficient productivity and quality workmanship.
• Ensure quality standards are met, including snagging and final inspections.
• Assist in procurement management to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Lead commissioning activities and ensure all systems are tested and handed over.
