g2 Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their data centre team in Ireland. The role involves designing electrical power distribution and critical infrastructure for large-scale data centres, coordinating with clients and contractors to deliver compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with electrical design, power systems, and industry standards.

Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in electrical design, ideally for data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical sectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical power systems and industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop electrical designs for data centre and mission-critical environments.
• Design power distribution, control, ICT, fire alarm, and monitoring systems.
• Prepare technical calculations, specifications, reports, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
