Cundall Johnston & Partners LLP in Dublin is seeking a Senior Electrical Critical Systems Engineer to join its data centre team. You will deliver high‑quality electrical design solutions, drive client‑facing technical strategies, and work on some of the most high‑profile data centre projects worldwide.

You don’t need prior data centre experience; our DC101 programme provides in‑depth training while you contribute to multi‑disciplinary design across regional and international offices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered or working towards it; support for career path.
• Experience in a consulting engineering role; initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate electrical design solutions, including diagrams and layouts.
• Prepare technical specifications, schedules, calculations, reports and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to inform design development.
• Coordinate detailed electrical designs with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Lead and support junior engineers and CAD technicians in design delivery.
• Contribute to internal and external project meetings with electrical expertise.
• Support project teams in delivering high-quality electrical design packages.
• Collaborate with regional and international offices on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Use initiative to resolve design and project challenges.
