Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support Environmental, Health & Safety standards across a live data centre project in Ireland. You will work with project management, contractors and the wider EHS team to ensure compliance with policies and legislation.

The role requires proactive teamwork in a fast-paced construction environment, engaging with multiple stakeholders and coordinating with MEP, commissioning and facilities teams to manage interface risks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an EHS/HSE/Safety Coordinator role.
• Experience in data centres or high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Experience conducting site inspections and safety audits.
• Experience with risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the EHS Manager in implementing the site EHS management system.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and behavioural safety observations.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Assist with risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
• Monitor compliance with site rules, permit-to-work and client EHS requirements.
• Support incident investigations and EHS training activities.
• Maintain EHS records and participate in meetings.
