Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Data Center Technician to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.

You will perform Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks, including cabling, power cycling, and hardware swaps, plus server rack installation and decommissioning.

Responsibilities also include cross-connect and patch panel management, hardware diagnostics, inventory audits, escorting client visits, and on-call availability for urgent requests.

Requirements

• Flexible availability including weekends/holidays for urgent requests

Nice to Have

• Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, CDCP, CCNA
• Experience at major DC providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT, CyrusOne)
