Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Site Acquisitions Manager based in Dublin to shape and execute strategies for expanding our Data Center portfolio and related infrastructure. You will negotiate business contracts and deliver the infrastructure needed to provide best-in-market Data Center projects.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating multi-million dollar real estate and infrastructure contracts.
• Background in real estate, development, business, finance or strategy.
• Ability to think strategically about business, market and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate real estate development transactions from strategy to legal negotiation.
• Support growth strategies for specific markets as part of Site Acquisitions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans.
• Understand engineering needs and design solutions that meet objectives.
• Oversee construction processes delivering data center infrastructure.
• Present transaction summaries to senior management on progress and costs.
• Manage multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously.
