Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience or internship in warehouse operations, inventory management, retail stock management, logistics support, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry.
• Ability to follow documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound deliveries and shipments.
• Document incoming and outgoing packages accurately.
• Perform inventory tracking and updates in inventory systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Correct inventory discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stage and organize equipment for deployment or movement.
• Support rack and asset movement activities.
• Escalate issues during high-volume operations.
• Follow established logistics procedures and seek guidance when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
