The Data Analytics Graduate Programme is a three-year programme where graduates will have the opportunity to build technical expertise, commercial awareness and leadership capability through a structured development journey. You will gain hands‑on experience across some of Allianz's most innovative teams, helping to solve real business problems through data, analytics and technology. Throughout the programme, you will complete four rotations tailored to your strengths, interests and development goals, typically across teams including Data Insights, Transformation, Actuarial, Underwriting, Pricing and other key business areas. As part of the programme, you'll complete a six‑month international assignment within the Allianz Group, giving you exposure to global best practice, different cultures and international career opportunities. In parallel, you will receive support to achieve your APA (Accredited Product Adviser) professional insurance qualification, benefit from structured learning and development opportunities, and build a strong professional network across Allianz Ireland and the wider Allianz Group.
