Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Business Analyst to bridge business and IT by translating business needs into detailed requirements and AI-enabled use cases. This permanent role reports to the Foundation Tech Product Manager and supports global DAM initiatives, including metadata tagging and asset classification.

The position requires effective collaboration with stakeholders, workshops to validate requirements, and strong practices in governance, security, and disaster

Qualifications

• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements and translate into tech solutions.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog with Scrum Master.
• Capable of validating requirements through workshops with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager to define DAM strategy and promote best practices.
• Document current and future state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and maintain DAM workflows to support business needs and AI-enabled tagging.
• Clarify requirements for development and testing teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Establish data governance, security and DR/BC plans for the DAM ecosystem.
• Develop user guides and deliver training sessions for key users and support teams.
