Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in Ireland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with NEC contracts to lead delivery of complex design and build infrastructure projects across Dublin. You will manage end-to-end delivery, guide stakeholders, and ensure safe, on-time performance.

Joining our Project & Programme Management team, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, control scope, budget, and schedule, and drive efficiency across packages while promoting Ramboll's leadership and sustainability values.

Qualifications

• Significant 5–10+ years delivering D&B infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction management within complex programme environments.
• Experience with NEC contracts and familiarity with contract management systems (e.g. CEMAR).
• Proven ability to lead elements of delivery within large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in quality assurance and ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
• Qualification in engineering; PM certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from concept development through to enabling works and completion.
• Define and control scope, budget, and programme.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to maintain delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage risks, issues, and operational interfaces.
• Oversee contracts, reporting, and project performance (cost, schedule, quality).
• Drive integration across packages, systems, and programme teams.
