Hadfield Green seeks a senior Cyber Security Architecture & Assurance Lead in Dublin for a hybrid, onsite-3-days-a-week role. You will own the architecture and assurance agenda, advise across technology teams and suppliers, and ensure cohesion of recovery capabilities.
You will drive the Target Cyber Recovery Architecture, set standards and challenge designs while leading recovery infrastructure, immutable backups and air‑gapped environments.

We’re supporting a large, complex organisation on a significant Cyber Recovery Technology Programme and are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Architecture & Assurance Lead to take technical ownership of the architecture and assurance agenda.
This is a senior, hands‑on architecture role. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, defining and governing the target cyber recovery architecture while providing independent challenge across technology teams, programme stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll ideally bring strong experience across Enterprise, Solution, Infrastructure or Cyber Recovery Architecture, with demonstrable experience designing or governing Cyber Recovery, Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience programmes.
Technically, we’re particularly interested in experience across IAM / Active Directory / MFA / PAM, VMware, enterprise infrastructure and storage, SQL Server and Oracle RAC, alongside immutable backup, cyber recovery vault and air‑gapped recovery solutions.
Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Kubernetes/OpenShift and hybrid cloud recovery would be beneficial. Backgrounds in critical infrastructure, transport, aviation, utilities, financial services or other NIS2-regulated environments are particularly relevant.
This should suit someone who can operate at a senior architecture level but is still comfortable getting into the detail, challenging assumptions and working across complex technical environments.
