Job summary

HadfieldGreen is seeking a senior CyberSecurity Architecture & Assurance Lead in Dublin, offering hybrid work with onsite 3 days per week. You will own the architecture for a major CyberRecovery programme, guiding technical decisions and governance across technology teams and suppliers.

You’ll define the Target CyberRecovery Architecture, set standards and reference designs, review supplier proposals, and ensure alignment with agreed RTOs/RPOs.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on architect with experience in CyberRecovery and Operational Resilience.
• Proven ability to define and govern target cyber recovery architectures.
• Experience reviewing designs and challenging supplier proposals.
• Ability to work across multiple tech streams and third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of IAM/AD/MFA/PAM, storage, and enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical architecture for a major CyberRecovery programme.
• Defining and governing the Target CyberRecovery Architecture.
• Setting architecture principles, standards, reference architectures and design patterns.
• Reviewing and challenging technical designs and supplier proposals.
• Identifying architectural risk, dependencies, technical debt and single points of failure.
• Ensuring multiple technologies, workstreams and suppliers come together as one cohesive recovery capability.
• Providing architecture leadership across recovery infrastructure, immutable backups, cyber recovery vaults and clean-room environments.
• Supporting cyber recovery testing, simulations and readiness reviews.
• Ensuring solutions align with agreed RTOs and RPOs.

Technically,we’reparticularlyinterestedinexperienceacrossIAM/ActiveDirectory/MFA/PAM,VMware,enterpriseinfrastructureandstorage,SQLServerandOracleRACalongsideimmutablebackup,cyberrecoveryvaultandair-gappedrecoverysolutions.

ExperiencewithAzure,Microsoft365,Kubernetes/OpenShiftandhybridcloudrecoverywouldbebeneficial.Backgroundsincriticalinfrastructure,transport,aviation,utilities,financialservicesorotherNIS2-regulatedenvironmentsareparticularlyrelevant.

Thisshouldsuitsomeonewhocanoperateataseniorarchitecturelevelbutisstillcomfortablegettingintothedetail,challengingassumptionsandworkingacrosscomplextechnicalenvironments.
