Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity/incident response experience.
• Experience coordinating complex cybersecurity incidents with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing incident communications and escalation during high-priority events.
• Strong written communication for timelines, reports, and executive briefings.
• Experience facilitating tabletop exercises, drills, or post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of complex cybersecurity incidents, establishing response structure and escalation paths.
• Coordinate bridges, sessions, and channels; ensure actions and owners remain clear.
• Develop incident documentation: timelines, logs, and post-incident reports.
• Draft concise incident updates for executives and business stakeholders.
• Translate technical findings into coordinated actions and communications with teams.
