Job summary

FH Collective Academy werving Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialisten voor een internationaal BPO-bedrijf in Lissabon. On-site en remote opties binnen Portugal; volledige relocatie verstrekt. Je behandelt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail of chat en biedt oprechte, vriendelijke hulp.

Werkend vanuit Lissabon krijg je comprehensive relocation en een maandelijkse betaling. Startdatum in overleg; training en gezondheidsverzekering inbegrepen.

Qualifications

• Beheersing van het Nederlands op C1/C2-niveau en een goed Engels niveau.
• Je woont in Portugal of je bent bereid te verhuizen.
• Graag helpen en communiceren met klanten.

Responsibilities

• Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Nederlandse klanten via telefoon, e-mail of chat.
• Je levert oprechte, klantgerichte ondersteuning en lost dagelijkse vragen op als onderdeel van ons internationale team.

What will you actually do?

You’ll be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, or chat. No overly scripted corporate talk—just genuine, helpful support to solve their day-to-day questions as part of our international team.

What do you need?

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• You're based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.
