Job summary

4G Clinical is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our global team and drive exceptional service for our clinical trial customers. You’ll respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate event tracking and timely resolution across time zones.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of customer service experience, a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• The position requires experience as a services provider.
• The candidate should have strong customer service, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with clinical trials is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Learn and apply best practices for Customer Excellence.
• Follow procedures and suggest process improvements.
• Answer inquiries, fulfill requests, and maintain the database.
• Handle calls from new and existing customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Document communication in the Event Tracking tool.
• Provide weekend/holiday/OT coverage as scheduled.
