Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a scientific or health-related field required.
• 3 years of clinical research experience or relevant clinical trial experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to develop and execute trials.
• Scope, timeline, and risk management across global trials.
• Coordinate ISSTs/ASTs/Investigator Engagement Meetings.
• Ensure Trial Master File is current and inspection-ready.
• Monitor trial budget components and grants/non-grants.
• Apply GCP standards and regional regulatory requirements.
