Job summary

Production Equipment UC in Galway is seeking a Customer Support & Sales Administrator to join our team. You will build strong relationships with customers, support our private label brands, and coordinate logistics for stock and orders while driving brand growth.

In this fast-paced role you will handle enquiries by web, phone, and email, identify sales opportunities, and work with SAP or similar ERP systems to ensure timely deliveries, accurate data, and proactive service across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer facing role.
• Identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities.
• Learn and discuss the benefits & technical features of the products.
• Experience with international shipments and dealing across multiple jurisdictions/geographies.
• Strong communication, organisational and administration skills.
• Flexible and pro-active attitude.
• Experience of SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work closely with internal and external colleagues to ensure customer service excellence is delivered.
• Process customer requests and enquiries quickly and accurately to ensure timely delivery.
• Deal with frontline customer enquiries by web, phone and email.
• Coordinate delivery and transport method for shipments to customers.
• Monitor open orders and follow-up internally with production & procurement teams to ensure no delays.
• Inform customers on the technical benefits of our products and support the resolution of technical queries.
• Support the increase of business by maximising sales & up-selling to each customer where possible
• Regularly analyse sales data and new requests to ensure no drop off in business, or conflicts with existing business.
• Assist with marketing activities to support brand recognition and sales growth.
• Coordinate closely with senior stakeholders on day-to-day opportunities and sales strategies.
