We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore’s Commercial customers. In this role, you will act as a product subject matter expert. You will succeed in this role when customers successfully adopt and realise business performance gains from their investment in Procore, connecting them on a global platform.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help organisations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the business benefits they provide. You will work in a collaborative, creative, and goal-oriented environment that emphasises open communication and project accountability.
You will use your consultative approach and knowledge of the construction industry and Procore software platforms to provide clients with recommendations on maximising the value of their technology. You will partner across departments with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing. Successful candidates demonstrate strong professional interest and technical expertise in construction and technology.
This position reports to the Director, Customer Success and can be based in our London or Dublin Office on a hybrid model.
Base Pay Range: 62,720.00 - 86,240.00 GBP Annual
On Target Earning Range: 78,400.00 - 107,800.00 GBP Annual
