Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant on a standard 30-hour contract to help deliver a fantastic shopping journey. You'll work across shifts, handle tills, stock, and customer queries while upholding cleanliness and rotation principles.

You must be 18+ to sell alcohol. The role offers a competitive salary of around €460+ per week, with progression to €17.90 per hour after three years, a pension, benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably prior customer-facing experience, but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
