Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver excellent customer service across a busy store. You will work on a standard 30 hour contract, with shifts across mornings, middays and lates, and you must be 18 or over to sell alcohol.

The role includes till duties, stock replenishment and store presentation to ensure a top customer experience. Compensation starts at €15.40 per hour with progression to €17.90 after 3 years, plus benefits and penalties for unsocial hours.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
