Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract. The role involves serving customers, stocking shelves, and supporting store operations across morning, middle, and late shifts.

You must be 18+ to work and will earn €460+ per week with additional benefits and progression opportunities. We offer a competitive salary system, unsocial hours pay, holidays, pension, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Reliable and responsible with good punctuality.
• Enjoys fast-paced, varied environments and works well in a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Help maintain stock loss controls in all areas of the store.
• Keep store and external areas clean and hygienic.
• Follow freshness and stock rotation principles.
• Ensure waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in stock counts as needed.
