Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract to help deliver an excellent customer journey. You will interact with customers, stock shelves, manage tills, and keep the store clean and well-presented while supporting stock control and freshness principles.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after 3 years, with benefits including holidays, pension, and development opportunities. This role requires 18+ to sell alcohol and operates across various shifts.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
