JYSK in Dublin is seeking a Customer Service Supporter to join our full-time team at the Customer Service Centre. You will be the customer ambassador, handling inquiries across phone, email, chat and social media with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of issues, collaborating with colleagues to exceed customer expectations, and contributing to sales through timely responses and solutions. English fluency and shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Comfort with multi-channel support.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across channels.
• Identify and resolve customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
