JYSK in Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Supporter to be the customer ambassador on the front line across channels, providing the best service to shoppers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues and contribute to a positive customer experience.

As part of the Customer Service Centre, you will collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, manage inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media, and support sales on incoming requests while upholding our values and standards.
