Job summary

Close Brothers Invoice Finance is seeking a Client Services professional in Ireland to provide an efficient service to Hirers, Suppliers and Brokers, supporting onboarding and agreement setup with accuracy and real-time updates.

You will handle enquiries, perform due diligence (AML CCR, Vision Net, RBO), process in-life tasks and help manage risk while delivering excellent stakeholder management across Sales and other internal teams.

Role Summary

Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will provide an efficient and effective service to Hirers, Suppliers and Brokers (‘Customers’), appreciating their needs and requirements, working to exceed those wherever possible, along with providing solid and consistent support to the Sales team.

Working as part of the Client Services Ireland team our ideal team member will have previous experience in the processing and management of finance applications and agreements, ensuring an efficient and effective service to customers with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes with a focus on getting things right first time and providing an efficient, effective service to our customers, providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties.
• Proposal processing, to include checks on customer & supplier due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML) CCR / Vision Net/ RBO, exposure check, connected lending checks, HPI and SME regulatory functions.
• Receive enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner.
• Process all requests for in-life tasks including settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, process card payments, refunds, and updates to account information.
• Appreciate and comply with Conduct Risk requirements to meet the Group’s Conduct Risk policies and the expectations of our regulators.
• See the main risks arising in your area of responsibility, how to mitigate them and elevate where you are unable to comply.

• Numerate with analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments
• Previously provided excellent Customer support

It is not essential but it would be great if you have:

• An understanding of asset finance products
• Knowledge of SME regulation
• Previous experience with Asset Finance
