Job summary

Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Customer Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of customer marketing campaigns across email, print and digital channels for the Irish market. You will work with marketing, digital and business teams to ensure campaigns meet regulatory and brand requirements.

This is an excellent entry point into financial services marketing, offering exposure to campaign management and customer communications while collaborating with multiple teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Third level degree or professional marketing qualification.
• At least 12 months experience in TTL integrated campaign planning.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with digital channels.
• Experience using email marketing tools and Canva.
• Understanding of financial services or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering customer marketing campaigns to grow Zurich's share of the market in Ireland.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to prepare briefs for advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and marketing calendars.
• Assist with creation, review and approval of campaign assets.
• Participate in ad-hoc marketing/business projects as required.
• Work with multiple distribution partners, manage relationships and ensure partners deliver on time and within budget.
• Assist with planning and activation of email marketing campaigns.
• Draft and proofread customer emails and marketing communications.
• Support production of brochures, guides and customer literature.
• Ensure communications are clear, accurate and customer friendly.
