Job summary

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process transactions at the POS, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, develop product knowledge, and support the team to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Experience handling cash and operating POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods with accuracy and integrity
• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are organized and clearly priced
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal throughout your shift
• Develop and demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
• Support team members in achieving store goals and maintaining a positive work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned
