Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to deliver a fantastic shopping experience across our stores. On a standard 30 hour contract, you’ll rotate through shifts and work with different colleagues to keep shelves stocked and customers happy.

You’ll need a can-do attitude, excellent customer service skills, and be 18 or over to participate in selling alcohol. A supportive team environment and clear opportunities for progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Must be 18+ due to alcohol sales in-store.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
