Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a standard 30 hour contract. You will interact with customers across shifts, help keep the store clean and well-presented, and support stock control and rotation to ensure a first-class shopping experience.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential; 18+ for alcohol duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
