Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 30 hour contract to deliver a fantastic customer journey across shifts. You will interact with customers, manage stock loss, keep the store clean, and assist with stock counts, all while maintaining high service levels.

This role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and teamwork, with a path to development through Lidl's leadership and discount programmes. Applicants must be 18+ to sell alcohol.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
