Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract. The role involves serving customers across shifts, stocking shelves, and helping with tills to minimise queues. A 18+ requirement applies due to selling alcohol, with progression opportunities and a focus on a positive customer journey.

Salary starts at €15.40 per hour with progression to €17.90 after three years, plus benefits including holidays, pension, and development paths such as Leadership Academy.

• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensure waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in the stock count process.
