Stryker Group in Cork offers a placement within the Customer Experience & Events team at their Springhill site. You will support planning and delivery of leadership meetings, key site events, and site visits, while collaborating with senior leaders across cross-functional teams.

This role will be based in one of our Cork sites.
Throughout the placement, you will be an integral part of Stryker’s 2027 Cooperative cohort.
The Customer Experience & Events team at Stryker Springhill plays a key role in supporting the site’s strategic priorities by planning and delivering high-quality meetings, events, and site visits. Partnering with Senior Leadership and cross-functional groups e.g Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, Quality etc to create engaging, well-executed experiences that reflect Stryker’s brand, strengthen customer and internal relationships, and enable effective collaboration across the business.
Tasks and responsibilities may include:
Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings and key site events.
Assist in coordinating customer engagement programmes and internal/external site visits.
Partner with teams such as the CI team to organise logistics for visits (scheduling, travel, catering, agendas).
Help develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget trackers.
Support event logistics including invitations, registrations, and on-the-day coordination.
Contribute to communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Assist in gathering and analysing event feedback to improve future experiences.
Support the rollout of tools, templates, and processes for consistent event delivery.
Research industry trends and best practices in customer experience and event management.
Enrolled in a relevant Irish or Northern Irish university courseor other related courses for the duration of the placement.
Microsoft Office Suite e.g Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
