Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on-site. You’ll help customers at the tills, advise on products, and support back-shop operations, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Full training is provided to get you up to speed and confident in delivering great service.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a proactive approach to customer care; you’ll promote store offers and maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment for every visitor.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listening to find out more and giving great advice on our fantastic products.
• Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them.
• Help our stores run smoothly; ensure the right products are displayed, provide a great service on our tills, and assist with stock in the stock rooms.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
