Job summary

Boots is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our on-site team in Ireland. You’ll help customers at tills, advise on products and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. Full training is provided and you’ll work with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly and stays well-presented.

You will be supported in developing product knowledge, delivering excellent service and representing the Boots brand with pride. Flexibility for part-time options may be considered during application.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease by listening, answering questions and giving great advice on Boots products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes and provide information to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed well, serving customers at tills and assisting with stock in stores/stockrooms.
• Work with the team to ensure the store is clean and presentable, delivering a great shopping experience.
