Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and listen to customers.
• Team-oriented and able to work at pace.
• Desire to represent the Boots brand and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on tills and at service points.
• Advise customers and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards and stock in back shop/stock rooms.
• Work with team to ensure a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
