Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our stores across Ireland. You'll work across shift patterns from early mornings to late evenings on a 30-hour contract, delivering friendly, attentive service and assisting customers on the shop floor and tills.

You must be 18 or over to work in our store, and you will earn €460+ per week. You’ll stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and help with tills and customer queries, while adhering to Lidl standards and participating in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in fast-paced, varied environment
• Good team player
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not essential if attitude is right

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
