Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking Customer Assistants to join our store team. Earn €460+ per week on a standard 30-hour contract, with rotating shifts from early morning to late afternoon to support customer needs and store operations.

You will work across tills and shop floor, helping customers, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and well presented. Alcohol sale requires you to be 18 or over, in line with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
